My standard rates for individuals and couples are:
- Ongoing face-to-face session: £80 for individuals, £95 for couples
- Online sessions: £70 for individuals, £85 for couples
Please note that the sessions are 50 minutes long.
Most clients find that they need to engage in at least 6 sessions in order to start creating change. Many clients find it useful to continue in therapy for longer periods: 6 months, 1 year, or longer.
If you agree to have therapy with me, there is a requirement to meet for a minimum of
one session per week to begin with. Session frequency can be reviewed if we all feel we have reached a good level of change and we are now working towards an ending.
The session fee is owed prior to the session. If it’s easier to pay for
a few sessions up front I can make this available. I accept payment by cash on the day or by bank transfer/Paypal prior to the session.
I offer a 30 mins consultation session via Zoom, charged at £30. If you decide to continue therapy with me, this fee will be deducted from your first session fee. This session gives us an opportunity to find out if we are suited to work together, and will aid you to understand what ongoing therapy with me will involve.
Unfortunately, my low-cost spaces are now fully booked and my waiting list for low-cost therapy is closed until the middle of 2023 or later.
